Pear Tree Inn St. Louis Near Union Station

8/10 Good

"During snack time a worker used his dirty hands to pick up tortilla chips off the counter and put them back in the bowl with other chips. I asked him if he could replace the whole bowl of tortilla chips due to contamination. He said “what’s the issue? I’m going to put fresh ones on top!” I asked for a manager and she told him to replace the whole bowl of tortilla chips. I witnessed him use his HAND multiple times to swipe crumps off the counter into his other hand. Totally unacceptable. I did not eat anything that was placed out for 5:30 snack nor breakfast!!"

21C Museum Hotel St Louis

10/10 Excellent

"Location was great, art was fun, loved the little coffee shop (Mike at the coffee shop especially was great so kind!) and the basement sauna. Hot tub was closed while I was there, the chocolates served in the room were old tasting and at check-in I watched the front desk give the couple ahead of me great customer service and then received really mid service in comparison. I would stay here again but those little things were off."

Moonrise Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Stayed for a long weekend in October. Front desk staff (shout out Antoine and Duwan!) Were friendly and welcoming. Gave great recs for food and activities. Room was clean and well-stocked. Beds were 8/10 comfy but after a long day exploring I still got 10/10 rest. Location is central to so much STL has to offer and easy for rideshare pickup. Definitely get a drink on the rooftop during your stay!"
