"Central location. Comfortable bed. Quiet, even facing Washington Avenue. Room size was tight and bags had to be stored under bed and slid in/out to access our stuff. Good weekender room but we had lotsa stuff for a longer journey."

"Excellent location! Close to everything. Rooms were very clean."

"this is a great property, clean and parking was great and easy. The French toast for breakfast was very good as well."

"I really wanted to like Hotel Greytone, because it had received really nice write-ups in places like Conde Nast. However, I found our stay there to be disappointing, for a few reasons that I'll share below. More disappointing than the stay itself was the fact that I shared my feedback and disappointment with the hotel management and they provided absolutely no response. So, unfortunately I can't recommend this hotel to others. In short: -We paid a significant premium for a top-tier penthouse...

" The room is well furnished The location is excellent The bed was very comfortable Car parking is overpriced and should have been included in the room price The room cleaning service is delayed and may not clean the room sometimes, so you have to follow up until the room is cleaned. "

"The property is beautiful but lacks in function. The coffee cups are smaller than what is brewed in their machine leading to a spill all over the counter. The tile work in the shower was left with sharp corners instead of rounded edges, one wrong move and my elbow was gashed open by it. Staff gave me a bandaid and apologized. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone on blood thinners."

"Property has gone down hill substantially in quality the last 5 years as I have stayed many times over that time period! Hallways and rooms are now musty and moldy smelling and AC units don't work properly with pooling water from condensation on the floor under AC vents. Property needs a complete renovation!"
