The staff were were very polite and helpful in particular the guy at reception, didn’t get his name but will get it on our next stay, as we liked it so much we are returning next Saturday, (28th Feb), for one night when we return from our cruise. It is very close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants on Collins Ave, would definitely recommend. "
