"Front Desk staff were wonderful and very helpful, the location is quite ideal, and we enjoyed our stay. That said: With a partially-obstructed view, our room had a warped door, a wonky microwave, a cracked range, peeling wallpaper, and a rather long crack in our wall; it would also have been nice to have dishes and cutlery that were not from the ‘60s. Basically, the property is showing its age and needs an overhaul. "

"Nice place but rooms are dated and basic and some things need attention. The spa was lovely but there were a couple of really loud couples there when we were there that made not hard to enjoy the experience. "

"I liked the fully equipped 1 bedroom Condo I was assigned on the 2nd floor but trying to find my parking spot was difficult as the parking spot numbers were very faded out and definitely now clear to see at the time I arrived! I finally drove around the parking area 3 times to figure out the parking for the Condi I was in. Also had a fuse blow due to the fact I had turned on the wonderful fireplace to get warm and then went to heat my dinner in the microwave and blew the fuse! I attempted to reset the breaker and it would not reset so called the after hours number and spoke to a lady who first asked me if the whole resort had lost power? "

"The staff were absolutely fantastic, I mentioned it was my 8 year old boys birthday and they all signed a card and gave it to him. It made him feel fantastic as the next day we were heading in for him to have surgery. Not only did they sign the card and deliver it to our room but they let all of the other staff know and they were all wishing him Happy Birthday. Lower priced accommodation but don’t be fooled by the price, great safe and comfortable place to stay!! Thank you!"

"The unit was clean and comfortable for our family and was in a very good location. However, the coffee maker on counter was not functional, can use a cleaning. We used another coffee maker in cupboard which could also use a cleaning. The toaster did not work either. Linens (towels, bedsheets) are old and faded. No bath supplies (shampoo/conditioner) in upstairs bathroom. This unit needs more careful attention to housekeeping aspects."
