"I booked my wife into a handicapped room because she cannot use the toilet or bath without having a handicapped accessible bathroom. When she went to go to the bathroom, the toilet was not flushing toilet paper, or any bodily waste. When we asked the front desk for assistance the person said she would get someone to fix it. We waited 3 hours and no one ever came. When we called the front desk again, the person told us there was no maintenance person available untill the next day. She flippantly and casually said she can just use the toilet in the lobby. MY WIFE IS HANDICAPPED AND CAN'T USE A REGULAR TOILET! My wife had to pee/pooop in her pad all night, having to change pads every time she went to the bathroom. The next morning, the maintenance man didn't show up until 10:00 AM (1 hour before we checked out). No one at this horrible hotel even apologized for this disaster. IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! ."

"The room was nice and clean, only drawback was a very small bathroom. The pool area is gorgeous and well maintained. The gym was nice and well equipped, only thing it could use is a water dispenser. Location was perfect for our need. Staff was polite and accessible."

"Easy to find, super helpful staff, room was clean and quiet. We agreed we would absolutely stay there again. Very accessible for two elderly women with mobility and vision issues and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Their breakfast was also a very nice perk, the food was better than we expected!"

"The toilet was broken in 1st room. 2nd room had no towels. Went to the pool, no towels either. Cable TV guide didn't match the channel #s. The staff was very nice and helpful, but there seemed to be many things that could have been avoided with better leadership and intention on creating a great experience."

"Breakfast was good with a variety. Had a pool and gym, which we did not use. Linens clean, room clean. A/C worked fine, a little noisy. We went for the Spirit of St. Louis air show so the room was very pricey. Serious power on toilet flush, it sometimes splashes you. The hotel is on an interstate access road that is one way. To get to a place to eat a half mile away to your left, you have to get on access road, cross interstate, get back on or continue on access road to next overpass to cross back over on access road to come back to your destination you could see from hotel but couldn't get to directly."

"Good location, just not clean. The floors were sticky, cobwebs in the window, hair in the shower. A weird smell the first night we got there. NO extra blankets when I asked the front desk. My feet had weird bumps on them that have since cleared up wince being home. We were not in our room much, but if we had been I would have rebooked somewhere else. The staff was nice, but the cleaning lady should probably be fired lol"

"The room we were put in was horrible. It was completely filthy and falling apart. The floor was so moldy and mildewed that we had to ask for a new room. We would have asked for our money back, but since it was past the time frame, we would have been out of pocket either way. When we went to the desk to let her know the room was deplorable, the worker said, "Yeah, I know that room is nasty. I don't know why they put someone in there." We were switched to a different room that was not much better. I have pictures of how dirty even it was and how the faucet in the shower was falling off when you touched it. The window seals were disgusting, and it looked like someone had eaten fried chicken and rubbed their hands all over the entire room. I would NEVER stay here again."
