    Welcome to this fabulous family home located in picturesque Noosa Waters. This waterfront home is a perfect base for enjoying your well deserved Noosa holiday. Centrally located and only a few minutes drive from all Noosa has to offer, including renowned restaurants, gourmet Cafes and eclectic boutiques. Hire a boat for the day and dock right outside the house for sunset cocktails. Enjoy a private pool, Wifi, river front deck and jetty. This property is fully air conditioned



    The Space:

    Enjoy a relaxing holiday in our spacious, single-level family home in quiet Noosa Waters, just a 2-minute drive to Gympie Terrace with its cafes, restaurants, bars, and boutiques.



    This home sleeps 8 guests (families only) across 4 bedrooms:

    1 King, 2 Queens, and 2 Singles.

    The master and living areas overlook the private swimming pool, and the new outdoor deck with Weber BBQ is perfect for alfresco dining while enjoying canal views.



    The well-stocked kitchen includes all the basics, plus a manual Sunbeam Barista Max espresso machine with roasted beans — froths milk for lattes and reduces waste compared to pods! Instructions are provided. Dishwasher tablets, laundry powder, towels, and beach towels are included. A porta cot (bring your own linen) and high chair are also provided for families.

    Guest Access:

    As our guest you will have access to the entire house, double garage, pool and private jetty.



    The Neighborhood:

    The house is located in a secure quiet friendly neighbourhood and is only a few minutes away by car from Hastings Street, Main Beach and also Gympie Terrace where you will find the most amazing restaurants, funky Cafes and beautiful boutiques. There is plenty of outdoor activities for the kids including SUP, Surf Board, BBQ Boat and Jet Ski hire. Noosa River is also perfect for little children as the water is calm and cool. Take your beloved pet for a ramble along the riverside before going to Pirate Park playground with the children. You can bring a picnic basket or BBQ box down to the River with you and use one of the many picnic tables and complimentary BBQ's.



    Getting Around:

    You can drive everywhere in Noosa in a few minutes or if you have a boat you can jump onboard and dock off at the many locations around the river. The Sunshine Coast Airport is a picturesque 40 minute drive away and Brisbane Airport is a 1.5 hour car journey away. There are local private transfers available upon request.



    Other Things to Note:

    Noosa Council Local Laws & Noise Restrictions

    Our local council have passed new laws for all holiday accommodation properties in the Shire from the 1st of February 2022. The laws are mostly in regards to any type of excessive noise that will disturb our residential neighbours at any time but especially after 10pm at night. Excessive noise is deemed as loud talking, laughing or singing as well as loud music or screaming and shouting. Council have a 24/7 complaints hotline for residents of Noosa and a security team member will need to respond to complaints with 30 minutes, either via phone call to you or a visit to the property. If this occurs during your stay the charge for the call / callout will be submitted for payment to the main guest. Please remember these are not our individual host rules but are Council laws which we must respect to keep our holiday management rights for the property. These are reviewed annually and will be declined if complaints are made. We kindly ask you not to take your frustration out on our team.



    These laws also include lights being left on at night, excessive car parking (or parking on front of neighbours properties) and use of other residents' bins. Please ensure that you are aware of these laws as they have been agreed to in our terms and conditions.



    Due to neighbours complaints on dogs barking we are only allowed accept dogs that do not bark. Our neighbours will complain to Council and we will receive a fine. Please contact us for suitability. Dogs tend to bark when left alone.



    Please note that the house is river front and the jetty can be easily accessed from the deck. If you have young children there is a gate which can be closed to restrict access but please watch your children at all times.



    For bookings for 10 days or more we can organise a mid stay clean and linen change. Please let us know prior to your arrival (please note this will be at a cost to the you as the guest)

Fantastic

Nice large house with everything you need. Fantastic location. Extremely relaxing with the canal view and swimming pool. Will definitely stay again. Only suggestion would be a comfy couch or seating on the back deck
