21 Cooroora Street Dicky Beach QLD

This is a great family beach home. This property is fully equipped for a relaxing family holiday. Approximately 900m to Moffat Beach and 400m to Dicky Beach and close to cafe and restaurant precincts.

Great spot to enjoy your family meals overlooking leafy gardens and taking in the cool coastal breezes and as this property is pet friendly your family pooch can enjoy a run in the large fenced yard.

Bedroom one has a queen bed and bedroom two has one king single and a standard single bed.

The property has a Lock- up garage for one car but please note the owner does have boxes stored on the other side of the garage.

Linen is included . Please note beds are not made due the linen hire company used unless stated.

As property is pet friendly we ask you to please make sure you clean up after your animal or extra charges may apply, you help in this matter is greatly appreciated. Please make sure that your pets are kept outside only (not allowed inside) but they can come on the back veranda and off the furnishings. 2 Dogs Allowed - Outside Only Please note all our pet friendly properties allow Dogs only
