Beachfront styled Apt w pool

Spend your next holiday or break relaxing in this fresh renovated and styled two bedroom apartment, right across from the beach. Sit on the balcony and listen to the waves.

Located in the heart of Buddina and a only short walk to Point Cartwright and its Lighthouse, it is also within easy access of local amenities, restaurants and cafes as well as stunning beaches and the Mooloolah river. Just relax and leave the car in the garage, enjoy the sun and explore the area and its beauty on foot.
House Rules:
* Strictly no Parties.
* Strictly no Smoking.
* While we love animals, this property is unsuitable for pets.
* We have a rental agreement that needs to be signed prior to stay.
* For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking.
* Be conscientious of our neighbours and please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.

It was as the photos show, it was clean and comfortable, only down side is parking and neighbours but it was nye so that probably play a large part in that.

The apartment was exactly as advertised, with a very roomy living area and kitchen. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and nice neighborhood. The host had put out some Christmas decorations and chocolates - a very nice touch!

The apartment was great, but the permanent residents were a bit noisy, even Tho apparently there is an 8 pm curfew. also, the king-size bed has an indentation when you sleep on the window side of the bed. access to the beach was great, and the apartment was very clean.

The Dunes

Just what we needed, a view of the beach, walking tracks and just a lovely place. We liked the big kitchen living area. They have all the gear, even kin kin organics. Also close to the shops, just has it all. We will be back.

Great apartment in a lovely spot

Loved our stay at Buddina so much that we extended it from 3 to 7 nights. Walked to the point in the mornings. Location is perfect. 5 min drive to Kawana mall and 10 mins to Mooloolaba. Quiet and private apartment block and comfortable beds.

Home away from home

We stayed as a family vacation at the Dunes where we visited family, and visited the local sites. Each morning at 5:20 we were able to watch the sun come up over the ocean whilst sitting on the couch or at the dining table having a coffee (what a great way to start the day) then we could do a morning walk along the beach with access to the beach directly opposite the driveway. It is a fantastic location and we look forward to staying here again. The unit had everything that we have at home to cook and prepare meals. Beds were comfy and the unit was updated and clean.

Loved our time here!

We stayed here for two weeks over Christmas & New Years and it was perfect for us! We didn’t need to drive our car most days - we spent them walking around the point, swimming at various beaches, admiring the view from the lighthouse, meeting friends & family at Twin Fins (amazing cafe just around the corner), enjoying dinner at the Kawana Lifesaving Club, SUP & BBQs at the river in La Balsa Park and having a dip in the pool! We also ventured beyond Point Cartwright sometimes to go snorkelling at Old Woman Island (we went with Sunreef, they were great) and spending days on the beach at the spit in Mooloolaba when the wind wasn’t favourable at Buddina (you need to try the seafood fresh from the trawlers!). The accomodation was perfect - clean, well appointed and very comfortable. We will absolutely be back. Thank you to Greenhill

Lovely relaxing stay

Wanted to get a feel for the Sunshine Coast and it didn’t disappoint. The apartment was very comfortable, especially the bed which was one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in. Location and amenities were fabulous. We will stay again.

Great apartment close to the beach

The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We particularly liked the car garage and close access to the beach; but mostly the keyless access which made it very easy to come and go from the beach with kids and not have to check who had the keys to get back! The only downside is that the nearest patrolled swimming beach is 2km away, so for any proper swimming, you need to get to the swimming beach.

Renovated, clean well appointed apartment in a block of eight. Quiet area out of the traffic with a beautiful beach. Nice walks along the path or beach and up to the lighthouse from where we watched whales.

Great Little Getaway

My husband and I were looking to escape Melbourne's cold winter and were very lucky to find this place and location. Priorities are always a comfy bed and good shower and this did not disappoint. The TV had several great choices like Netflix and Apple TV. It was located in a lovely, quiet location across the street from the beach and just minutes from restaurants, stores, and the cinema. There is a nice little Thai restaurant within walking distance. We really appreciated several amenities that were provided like the cappuccino machine and coffee beans. Highly recommend this little gem!

Property was well positioned for our need and a good daily rate. Very difficult to find a place with 2 beds for a reasonable rate as most offer for number of guests - we don't always wish to share the same bed! Beds are super comfortable. We didn't really use anything other than the bed as we were out for meals and during the day with family. We could be have been very self sufficient if circumstances were different.

The apartment is bright and cozy and just accross from the beach

It has everything you need. It's really well decorated. The beds are really comfortably. There are fans in both bedrooms and in the lounge area. The lounge is air-conditioned as well as the bedroom with the king size bed. Just some feedback, the 2nd bedroom could use an air-conditioner as well. The kitchen is fully fitted. The TV is huge and a smart TV. Having the beach right across the quiet road was wonderful. We watched the sunrise and sunset everyday. The quite big major shopping centre is a short drive (5 mins). There are 2 coffee shops within walking distance. We loved One on Balsa. The food was fantastic. We just loved it here. Thank you for having us.
