Very confortable apartment stay on a high floor in a central location. Great views out to the ocean and close to some nice brfreakfast cafes. Only thing that was a little scary was the height of the balcony railing, it was a little on the shorter side for such a tall building. Something to consider for a family with small kids.

Great apartment, a block back from the esplanade. Restaurants and shops at your door. Apartment was well furnished and had everything we needed, including a designated car park. Would stay again.

Great apartment - can recommend

We had a lovely stay at Cilento Maloolaba - wished we’d had longer! We were a family of 5 adults - the lovely receptionist welcomed us with a fruit cake and cherries as it was Christmas- such a nice gesture The apartment had plenty of room for us all and a large terrace which was great for morning coffee’s and evening glasses of wine and card games The location of the apartment is very central for all of the bar’s & restaurants and the beach and the establishments on the back waterways also We would definitely consider staying again if we go back to Maloolaba

Girls weekend

The floors were dirty but after we cleaned them the apartment was lovely, close to everything and friendly staff. On our departure the lift broke down and scared us for 2 minutes but the doors finally opened.

Was a overall nice stay. Staff were friendly and hotel is close to the beach. Hotel is located just 1 street back from the beach, however if you are on the lower levels there is no view. We were on the 3rd level facing the water and could only see the buildings in front. Also one of the lifts was out of action as it was being renovated while we were visiting. Felt like this should have been mentioned prior to staying.

Good location, need extra staff

Great size apartments, I had 8 rooms booked for a work function. Check in was a little time consuming as there is only one staff member on and there were already 5 people waiting to check in when I was there at 2pm. I had booked 8 x 1 bedroom apartments but some of my employees were given 2 bedroom apartments and told not to use the second bedroom or second bathroom otherwise we would be charged extra which is very strange. There was no communication regarding checkout which would have been helpful in the morning as there is no staff on reception. Good size apartments through and in a good location but very pricey.

Loved the location. A short walk through to the shops and cafes. The Thai restaurant downstairs is awesome! Reception staff were friendly and although I’m sure the cleaning staff work very hard, management needs to allocate more time for staff to deep clean apartments. The floor throughout our apartment appeared clean, but was not and my very dirty white socks each day were proof of that! Kitchen cupboards were sticky and covered in fingerprints. The bathrooms are a little tired with flaking paint and chips off the cabinets. The second bedroom faces out onto the entrance area and while secure, to maintain privacy you need the curtains closed all the time, so the lack of natural light is disappointing. Maybe a different window covering would be better so that the sheer could be left closed for privacy but the blockout could be opened for light in the room.

I could not make my trip. Notified them four days ahead and showed them emergency hospital admission. I didn't even want a refund, just to book a week later. No consideration given and chargeed me full no show penalty. I travel to that area a lot for business and thought would try somwhere different. I will never go near them again and put emargo on my by business team not to as well.
