The Space:
Welcome to Coastview Manor, your country-style home away from home in the peaceful rural suburb of Ninderry. Step inside this single-level retreat, where ducted air-conditioning ensures comfort year-round. The open-plan living and entertaining spaces feature a fully equipped modern kitchen flowing into spacious lounge and dining areas, opening onto outdoor terraces with sweeping hinterland and ocean views. Outside, relax by the sparkling pool surrounded by lush gardens, or gather around the firepit in the evening (BYO firewood). The whole family will love the trampoline and basketball hoop, and you can even pick fresh citrus straight from the trees.
Bedroom 1 (Master): A beautiful and spacious master bedroom featuring a luxurious super king bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite, ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fan, and a stunning outlook over the lush gardens.
Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): Enjoy a relaxing space with a freestanding bath, shower, double vanity, and toilet.
Bedroom 2: Includes a comfortable queen bed, ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fan, and built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Offers a plush queen bed, ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fan, and wardrobe storage.
Bathroom 2: Features a bath, shower, double vanity, and a separate toilet for added convenience.
Bedroom 4: Perfect for a child, this cosy room includes a single bed, ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fan, and wardrobe.
Bedroom 5: A spacious and private guest retreat featuring a queen bed, ensuite, walk-in wardrobe, ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fan, and a living area with a sofa and smart TV. Enjoy peaceful views and a tranquil atmosphere.
Bathroom 3 (Ensuite): Includes a shower, vanity, and toilet.
Laundry: A large, functional laundry space equipped with a front-loading washing machine, dryer, sink, and access to an outdoor clothesline.
Please note: Three separate tiny home villas are located at the rear of the property. These are listed independently and may be booked by other guests. They have their own driveway and do not share access to the main house or pool unless booked together.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire single storey home along with space to park 2 cars in the garage, 1 in the carport and 1-2 in the driveway. There is also free street parking available.

Nestled in the peaceful hillside suburb of Ninderry, this tranquil location offers panoramic sunrises over Lake Weyba and golden sunsets across Noosa Bay. The area is perfectly positioned close to Peregian Beach and Coolum, where you’ll find vibrant cafes, boutique shopping, and patrolled surf beaches. Nearby Yandina charms visitors with its bustling markets on a Saturday and relaxed village feel, while local favourites such as Spirit House Restaurant, Terella Brewery, Fairhill Native Botanic Gardens, and the Ninderry walking tracks are all within easy reach. Just a 30-minute drive takes you to both Noosa and Mooloolaba, home to amazing beaches, dining, shopping, and coastal attractions.
Getting Around:
Nestled in the rural suburb of Ninderry, this home offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Having a car at your disposal is highly recommended, as there is no close by public transport, this will allow you the freedom to explore the picturesque Sunshine Coast Hinterland and beyond at your own pace.

*Please note, three separate tiny home villas sit at the rear of the property. They’re listed independently and may be booked by other guests. The villas have a separate driveway and no access to the main house or pool unless booked together.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 25 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential neighbourhood with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
