The unit was big and comfortable suited all of our needs and bonus right next to the pool however the fire alarm went off twice throughout the night for no reason around 3am and then again at 3:30am, with 6 kids this scared them so much none wanted or could go back to sleep. Very disappointing since we paid for somewhere to sleep and couldn’t sleep.

Check in was difficult due to procedure with a form even thou you are prepaid for after hours check in this had to be done, so we had to physical go to the property to do this, we were in the area and had to drive quite a way to do this before the closed at 3pm, we arrived no one was at reception but open after a wait a lady came we did check in and then our room wasn't ready, so we got the keys and left. We stayed 2 nights but the first night didn't get to our room until early evening and out by 8.30am same 2nd day, didn't even have time to sit on the couch! Master blind was slightly short and a orange lights from roundabout was shining in eye on bed, annoying and bit traffic but enjoyed haven't breakfast on balcony, very spacious, great having a washer and clothesline, you could stay a couple of weeks easy due to space even park car in garage, had a outlander but it just fitted, so good, has a 1 quick swim but tiles looked a little dirty.in pool.

The apartment was clean , but needs to be repainted as you could see where they had fix some damage and the repainted parts were obvious. Some might not even notice, but having done repairs on my own property I did notice. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Gated community with shops across the street.

Property itself is good. We've stayed here with staff many times. Clean, spacious and a good location. The check-in process is absolutely terrible if it's after hours. We've had issues a few times over the past couple of years but this time it took a full HOUR to get to the apartment from arrival. The code provided for the lock box did not dispense keys. Calling the after hours number (two different staff trying!) involved 4 different operators, one person being hung up on whilst on hold, and finally dispatching someone who then stuffed around trying to work out what happened. Absolutely not good enough.

Stayed only one night for a brief overnight stay- very affordable for a family of 5. Instruction on how to open garage door would have been handy as our control unit was low on battery. Entire villa was exceptionally clean . Great stay!

Shops less then 2 minutes walk (Aldi )and other food shops So peaceful and relaxing., you have your own parking and garage rear patio. village is very clean and welcoming , great for short or long stays.

I really like the area. Everything is in walking distance. Its a gated area with gates to the rooms , so private and safe. contains everything you need for a stay. very happy with the communication and support , even after hours checkin .

Brilliant

Checkin was easy, contrary to some reviews, I believe they now have a receptionist which wasn’t there for previous check-ins. Unit was very clean, tidy. Convenient to facilities. Would recommend. Surrounding area quiet .
