A lovely 3 bedroom unit located right on Kings Beach with no roads to cross to the sand - less than a minutes walk to the waters edge the best spot.

Dulkara is in a sought after position and has everything you need for a handy and relaxed holiday. Watch the waves roll in from your balcony and living area and enjoy the convenience of lift access, or only about 10 steps to walk up if you prefer.

Dulkara is less than a 1 minute walk to the patrolled area of Kings Beach, a popular and family friendly spot. You will find a great selection of beachfront cafes within a 2 minute walk from the unit - great for a morning coffee and a walk along the boardwalk which is also only 50 metres or so from the building.

Bulcock beach, Happy Valley and the main street of town is easily walked too via the boardwalk, about a10 minute stroll.

You will be able to experience all at Kings Beach and surrounds has to offer from Dulkara, and it is perfect for both small families or senior couples being in such a convenient location that you don't need to use your car.
