PROPERTY DETAILS
Our apartment is on Levuka Avenue in Kings Beach, with less than 20 metres between the front of the building and the beach! Please feel free to explore our amazing location, whether it is to Kings Beach, Bullcock Beach, Shelly Beach, Moffat Beach, Dicky Beach, or the Caloundra CBD. You are indeed spoiled for choice.

The apartment has two bedrooms,
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed & Ensuite
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed & 1 x Single Bed in a Bunk Setup

The apartment has a lock up garage for your vehicle for the duration of your visit, height restriction 2 meters, maximum of 1 vehicle, you will also see that we have supplied a couple of surfboards for your use. There is additional street and car park parking, but this can get very busy being the beachfront.

The kitchen is has everything you need. With cook top, fridge, microwave, oven, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, it is ready for you to cook up a feast, should you wish. Please take advantage of our Air Fryer and our Nespresso pod machine as well!

The dining table seats six.

The lounge room has a large smart tv for you to view your streaming services, or watch free to air channels.

We have a lovely balcony at the back end of the apartment, perfect for enjoying a beer or glass of wine with the ocean breeze in the summer.

We are in the process of installing aircon in the Lounge, Dining, Kitchen and both bedrooms. We expect to have this finalised by the end of October, please keep in mind if booking before then.

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar, nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service. We also provide beach towels for you to use.
