Unit 4 "Kokomo" is a lovely and spacious apartment centrally located being only a stone’s throw from Happy Valley and a short walk to both Kings & Bulcock Beach.

There are two good sized bedrooms (A King and 2 single beds), two bathrooms and a nicely furnished, comfortable interior. Enjoy cool ocean breezes from your balcony and lounge, or watch the kids play in the pool from the back balcony.

Other features include a TV, DVD player, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer and air-conditioning in the main bedroom. The spacious front balcony also gets the morning sun. The sunny back balcony overlooks a tropical pool with a shared BBQ and seating area. This unit is located on the 1st floor with just one flight of stairs to walk up. There is a lock up garage with direct access into the complex. The garage height 1.75m, width 2.45m.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Linen
Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $99 p.w., or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual pricing review by the linen hire company).
