PUMICESTONE APARTMENTS UNIT 4
Please note that from Monday, 13 October 2025, building maintenance works will begin on-site. The work is expected to run for approximately 12 weeks, with a scheduled break over the Christmas period (from 19 December to 5 January). During this time, you may notice construction noise and dust during the day, caused by work such as drilling, demolition, and earthmoving.
This spacious holiday unit with lift access is in a fantastic position. Approx 100m from Bulcock Beach and then along the boardwalk to Kings Beach, plus an easy walk to the CBD, restaurants, shops & cinema.
Only a 2 min walk around the corner is Happy Valley Park, with its great playground, shady BBQ areas and open spaces for the kids to run.
A refurbished, very inviting and tastefully furnished 2 bed unit on the first floor that sleeps 4 people. Enjoy views over Pumicestone Passage and Bribie Island from inside & outside the unit.
Features include ensuite bathroom, dishwasher, TV & DVD player, compact CD player with iPod cord jack, security screens throughout, and ceiling fans in both bedrooms & lounge. The large wrap around balcony stretches across the full length of the unit, this will ensure you always catch the winter sun or the summer breezes no matter what the weather. You can also sit and relax in the shade of the palms and keep an eye on the kids enjoying the inground pool from your balcony.
Please note that this property does not have air conditioning.
There is 2 car space tandem security parking, security entrance door, pool and lift.
A lovely, central unit in which to spend a relaxing holiday.
Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
Linen
Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.
Booking Terms
Prices vary according to the season and length of stay, and minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons. Wi-Fi is not included unless stated in the property details above.
