This outdoor living space will provide you with a unique and memorable holiday experience.

The apartment will accommodate up to six guests in three Queen-size beds. Main bedroom has a private ensuite, Bedroom 2 and 3 share the main Bathroom, with bedroom 3 having direct access to the two-way bathroom. A self-contained kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave/combo oven as well as stream oven and full-size fridge. Modern decor offering a 'casual coastal ' feel, reflecting the relaxed beach lifestyle of Kings Beach. Other key features include air-conditioning for extra comfort in the living room, along with ceiling fans and Smart TVs in each bedroom.

This secure and clean, 3rd floor, walk up apartment has expansive views out over the water from both levels and all you need for a great holiday getaway or a holiday with family or friends.

Quality bed linen, including bathtowels for all guests is provided. Just pack your beach towel for the pool or beach.

The complex has a shared pool, and a single remote-controlled lock up garage with extra storage space for surf boards, bikes etc.

We really enjoyed our stay. The private rooftop is where this property shines, though the unit itself is good and the beds are comfortable. There were a few maintenance issues (appliance cupboard door, oven didn’t work, intercom broken), and the pool needs a good clean. Overall, we were happy with the property, and will try and stay there again.

This was such a great place. The rooftop terrace was amazing. We sat up there every afternoon and watched the whales. The unit had everything we needed as did the roof top terrace. Would definitely stay here again

Great for a family getaway. The private rooftop terrace was amazing!! The only downside was the stairs with the luggage and kids, but wouldn’t stop us staying there again, helps work off the fish and chips at the beach 😃

This apartment was beautifully presented and in immaculate condition. The private rooftop doubled the size of the living space and was our favourite place to be when not out and about. Berny was very accommodating and quick to respond to all communication. We highly recommend this apartment for a Sunshine Coast holiday experience.

Great apartment. Was great to have a tv in all bedrooms. Very clean. As a cabinetmaker that lift up door in the kitchen needs to go. It doesn’t stay up so it’s hard to use that space.

The property was just as we had hoped. Amazing views from the lovely private rooftop area. I left my headphones when we checked out and Berniwe went above and beyond to get them back to me. I was very grateful. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Lovely quiet area. We will come again. :)

Great place to stay. Very well appointed, light and airy apartment. Beds very comfortable. Everything is good quality. The private rooftop is amazing, huge barbecue, fridges and freezer, comfy seating and a nice view of the water. The only thing is you need to be good at stairs, 3 flights up, but it is worth it. The building is an older one but you don’t feel that in the apartment. The host very helpful.

My two adult children and myself loved the apartment! It has an awesome roof top lounge/bbq area - unfortunately the weather wasn’t great, so we couldn’t use it! But in the summer, wow it would be so good! Unlike some other properties, it has a wonderful heater! Lol!

We absolutely loved our stay in Caloundra. We booked this property primarily for the rooftop area so that our teenagers could have a bit more space and it was everything we imagined it would be and more. Bernie has thought of everything including crockery and cutlery upstairs so that we didn't have to cart plates around. Amazing view, modern interior. The only thing to be mindful of is that there is no lift and anyone with mobility issues would struggle to get up all the stairs. For us, it meant we didn't feel guilty about all the holiday food we ate! We'd definitely book again!

The place was beautiful and comfortable though we booked to have a relaxing stay though we didn't get that due to works and loud noises on the property and the workmen rude and waking us up at 7am everyday to let them in to retrieve there tools , wish we had been told way in advance this was going to happening on the time we were up there Regards Sharne Allingham

We've just returned from the best family holiday we've had, the apartment is spacious, well equipped and very clean. The views from the balcony and roof terrace are amazing. We saw whales in the bay every day of our trip. The rooftop terrace is fabulous, with full BBQ and kitchen set up, and so much space for everyone to relax. The rooms are a good size, and comfortable. Location is great, a short walk into Caloundra, and very close to the Caloundra Music Festival. The private parking garage was big enough for our Rav4, but larger cars may not fit. The stairs can be a bit of a challenge, especially for older guests, or those with difficulty walking, but we found it ok. Berny was a really great host, easy to contact with any queries, and so helpful and friendly, even offering us a late checkout. We've already booked again for our next holiday.

Great 3 bedroom setup. 3 x queen beds with tv in each room. Kitchen has everything you basically need (except a freezer) & although lounge is small, the additional upstairs area (with tv) is huge with everything you could need for dining & hanging out. Heaps of fridge and freezer space, along with great bbq outdoor kitchen. Both downstairs and upstairs kitchens have ample cooking utensils, cutlery dishware etc. Great water views….we saw whales in the distance every afternoon (late September). The building exterior is very dated but overlook this and if you can handle the daily stair climb (6 short flights of stairs) the room has been nicely renovated and as mentioned the rooftop area is awesome. The location is quite central, almost everywhere is walkable or a very short drive. Highly recommend for families.

This apartment is lovely and is really clean. Be prepared to lug your suitcases up 49 steps. It was very difficult. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good at all where stayed so didn’t get to use the outdoor room which would have been fantastic in good weather. It is up another level so not part of the actual apartment, which we didn’t realise. The manager was great to deal with. The garage was really tight and requires a skilled driver to get in and out with a larger car. TVs were great to have in bedroom’s which is often overlooked at many properties. Loved watching the ships go through the shipping lane.
