Our home is nestled in between the Aurora and Cyan buildings on Canberra Terrace, with Caloundra's main street only steps away and short walk to a choice of beaches, you couldn't wish for a better location.
When we say that this property is in a wonderful location we are not joking:
- 150 metres (less than 2 minutes) to Caloundra CBD
- 350 metres (5 minute walk) to Kings Beach
- 500 metres (10 minute walk) to Kings Beach Amphitheatre
Access to the property is via the lock box at the apartment. You will be sent a code to access the lock box and your apartment & garage keys after you have booked.
The property has carport parking for one vehicle for the duration of your visit, with free street parking available directly outside.
The apartment has three bedrooms,
Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Bunk Bed w/ 1 x Single Bed and 1 x Double Bed
All bedrooms are light and airy with the winter northern sun streaming in. You will be struck by the space and stylish charm throughout
The kitchen is modern and well equipped. With cook top, fridge, microwave, oven, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, it is ready for you to cook up a feast, should you wish.
The indoor dining table seats six and there is a lovely balcony with ocean glimpses and cooling breezes with another dining table that seats 8.
We have an enormous backyard, perfect for pets or other outdoor activities. Please be aware that the yard is not fully fenced, and only fenced by vegetation on one side, although this has never been an issue with our own pets in the past.
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”
