Known as Razorback Ridge, this expansive property spans over 28 acres of lush bushland, paddocks, and rainforest, hosting a magnificent dual-story, five-bedroom home. Featuring a pool with a deluxe dining deck boasting panoramic views of the hinterland and ocean, it offers a resort-style retreat nestled amidst the rainforest. Positioned between Hunchy and Montville, its just 10 minutes from Montvilles town center and 25 minutes from Sunshine Coast beaches.

The unique loft-style layout comprises two levels with vaulted ceilings and large windows, flooding the space with natural light. The lower level includes a spacious living and dining area, galley-style kitchen, and a master bedroom with access to the rear deck and ensuite. Upstairs, a timber staircase leads to two bedrooms on each end, offering comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests.

Additional amenities include air-conditioning, indoor fireplace, portable fans, heating, Nespresso coffee machine, and barbeque utensils. Families with children are welcome, with supervision advised around the pool and dams. Please note, no functions or parties are permitted on the property.

Great spot, stressful lead up

Property is great but the lead up was stressful. Received an email direct from property manager that said pay direct to their trust account. Had to call and email multiple times to verify email was legit and then once paid I had to reach out again to make sure they got the money. I then received an email not long before the stay that said I needed to pay in full even though I already paid. I then had to call multiple times the day of the stay because no check in info/key codes were sent.
