Nestled amongst the eucalyptus trees surrounded by the calming sounds of the bush and the sounds of the ocean on the breeze.
This is a family friendly architect designed eco friendly residence.
This luxurious 4 bedroom home of generous proportions, has a well equipped kitchen , 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms with a bathtub to relax in, sleeps 10, your own privately screened outdoor deck , together with a second veranda style deck with a lux BBQ and 10 seater outdoor dining table. The large living area has a comfy sofa, 5 barstools and a large indoor dining setting as well.
The Haven is a
Free standing whole house in a private gated community within a resort, its a 5 min leisurely walk to the Leisure centre on a private road surrounded by Forrest with kangaroos and the sound of birds.
Within the Shared Leisure Center is a solar Heated Lap Pool, a gas fired Spa, Children's pool, Poolside Barbecue, Pool Table, Games Room, with playstation etc and Plasma screen Home Theatre, Tennis Court, and basketball courts, offer a place to relax in secure surroundings.
The Haven is a short Ferry Ride From Tewantin, with a small store for Milk and Bread etc ,and a Hotel, just walking distance from your accommodation.
The Surf Beach is a 20min Walk or 5 min Drive and the Famous Double Island Surf Break a Four Wheel Drive up the forty Mile Beach.
8 min walk from Lake Cooroibah, 1.7 km to the nearest surf Beach, 13km Noosa National Park. 50mins Taxi from Sunshine Coast Airport.

Wow!!! Wow. Unreal. We stayed with 3 adults and 4 kids and this house more than accommodated for all of us. Location was perfect, the village style layout provided ample space and all the rooms were well presented. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely beautiful.

Although I didn't realise this was apart of a resort or that you had to catch a ferry to actually get to this property, it was absolutely stunning. Comfortable, peaceful & very relaxing.With the barge closing because of the weather & hanging out with the locals @ the Big4 holiday park, it truly made The weekend a unforgettable experience

Great family time

Calm, relaxed environment, such a special spot, we all loved it. Get place for family connection. We enjoyed games and food at the house, then played tennis, basketball, swimming, walking and still more options. Loved the roos, lizards, birds and frogs. Would stay again.

Family winter getaway

Once we got used to the ferry ride across to the property, it was a great stay. Facilities were great and we would definitely return. Only downside was the main bedroom mattress was well passed it’s used by date and in desperate need of replacement.

Lovely home

Huge home, plenty of room for large group. This property would suit families that love all water activities, just pack up a weeks groceries and enjoy the river or ocean its all there or bush walking. Or relax at the house which is nestled in bush land and use resort facilities. Car ferry from Noosa takes 2 minutes to cross over river and cost $10 each way per car.

Birthday family getaway

Awesome house and facilities and location. Disappointments were, or suggestions, no basic condiments like salt and pepper, etc., the vacuum cleaner was absolutely full with rubbish and coukd not be used until emptied, the bbq was dirty and we really took time to clean it when leaving as it flamed on our cooking when used it. We're geumpy about these. The accommodation and location are great. If there are signs etc. that the place should be spic and span to avoid penalties then my expextations are higher on tools and how I take delivery.

Great Space for Families

We had four adults and three young teenagers and the layout of the house and bedrooms was perfect to accommodate us all - comfortable beds with good quality and quiet air conditioners. The kitchen is very well stocked with a large fridge and enough plates, platters and cooking utensils and glasses for a large group. (But be sure to bring your own food across with you from Noosa, as there is only one very small shop over there, only carrying the basics.) The house is quiet and away from others - feels very private. About a 5 minute walk to the games room and pool. Lovely owners and very responsive to contact and answer enquiries. The property is a short drive and a $10 ride across on the barge each way to get back and forth to and from Noosa Heads.

Peaceful

The house and location was so peaceful and private. Inside was gorgeous with lots of space to spread out and relax. The pool area was stunning. Everything was beautiful and really relaxing. I would recommend and def come again. Small Suggestions - main bathroom with shower in bath, a grip matt to get in and out as slippery. Main TV is glitching with lines through it. Suggest upgrading. Some gladwrap and alfoil. Extra tea towels. Bikes to get to pool area. Otherwise spot on and I totally recommend.

Serenity at the Shore

This would have to be one of the best places we have ever stayed in! The home was delightfully furnished, comfortable seating with a variety of areas… there was so much room and the resort provided for a quiet & relaxing holiday. We ventured over to ‘the other side’ a couple of times during our stay, being school holidays & Easter it was pretty busy… so we looked forward to returning to our beautiful, quiet home. The resort facilities were great, we used the pool every day, and spent time walking the beach. We highly recommend House 45, and even though you have to use the ferry to get on and off the island - it is totally worth it! There are not many places as beautiful that provide such serenity and peacefulness in today’s busy world. We look forward to returning one day - to re-live our ‘best holiday ever!’
