Both Phillip and Jenny were very friendly and accommodating. Both our rooms very lovely, spacious and clean. A easy walk to the river to coffee shops and dinning. We would stay there again.

Excellent condition with a great location

Our family had a great stay at Verano. The room was very nice; new fit out and tastefully decorated with high ceilings and a lot of natural light. We made good use of the pool and facilities and the couple managing the resort were lovely. The location is excellent with a ferry stop on the door step and some really nice restaurants. We'll definitely be back when we can

Beautiful pool area, light and bright apartment and perfect location. Check in outside of reception hours was hassle free. It was strange to have no soap or pool towels provided. Pool towels were available next day at reception for $5. Had to buy one instead.

Nice resort, let down by below par room cleaning.

The good. The resort was nice, spotless grounds and in a great location. Close to the Noosa River and the restaurants etc. Five minutes drive to Noosa Heads and Noosa Junction. Easy check in after hours. Not so good. Our room (10) was quite dusty and not very clean. Crockery and cutlery out away not clean. Very dusty blinds, fans and ceilings. Grubby hand marks around door handles and light switches etc, the high traffic areas were not great. It's obvious that the cleaners are not maintaining these apartments to a good standard, just giving them a quick wipe through. Due to the Louvre type windows in the bedroom, it was very noisy. Conversations outside other units could all be heard inside. Children out playing at 7.30am was not ideal. The resort was ok and reasonable value, but we wouldn't stay again.
