What is remarkable about this Marcoola beachside home is that there are three separate sleeping quarters - in the main house there are four bedrooms all at ground level for ease of access, there is a poolside retreat and a studio apartment above the garage.

Other Things to Note:

Sometimes the front door lock can be sticky & snib can sit heavily in the door frame - if the door is not releasing once the code is entered, simply hold the door handle and pull it close to you, pop the code in at the same time, and you should feel the door give and the snib should then release!
