Guest Access:
The apartment is accessed via the lift. Guests will have access to the entire apartment along with 2 car spaces in the undercover garage. Please note these parks are small, so street parking may be necessary for some vehicles. There is also street parking available. The apartment is located within the Windsong complex, where guests may also enjoy a shared BBQ and pool area complete with a spa, sauna and gym.
The Neighborhood:
Located on Canberra Terrace, Kings beach is just a 7-minute walk away (400 metres). The positioning of this apartment promises a convenient coastal lifestyle. Within moments you'll be enjoying the café culture along the esplanade of Bulcock Street, or a short drive will take you to many local beaches such as Moffat, Dicky and Shelly Beach.

*Up to 2 additional guests may stay at this apartment by utilising a fold out double bed. Please reach out to us if you would like to utilise this as it will come at an additional cost of $25 per night/per person.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This apartment is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
