"Pet dogs sitting on same sofas as guests. They do leave behind ticks and hair which gives bites from ticks and allergic skin reactions which gives guests itchy feelings and hives swellings on arms and feet. Not pleasant experiencs when on holidays at the resort. Stony walkways to rooms is not comfortable for some guests. You need to employ more men to make luggage handling easier for workers at the resort."

"We asked staff to bring us a towel because they only gave us two and it was four of us. We waited and waited, and they never brought the towel. They have a sizzling lamp platter and there is barely any lamb on it."

"They have given us dirty room, bedsheets never changed, toilet is dirty and mirror. Shower is super dirty . Toilet seat is moving. Mold on pillows. Service is so terrible that we were moving from one villa to another at mid night and no admin is open at night "

"Lai was a great host and looked after us well. He cooked lovely dinners and told us about the local walks and even played the guitar for us. The location was beautiful and we enjoyed swimming in the river and patting the cat. Just note that during our visit the wifi wasn’t working and we found the bed uncomfortable. Also, take cash to pay for your meals."
