Initial discussion on the phone once ability gained, lacked compassion or understanding, regardless of the cancellation policy the response was poor."

Dislike 👎 sleeping under doona without a second sheet, kitchen utensils needed serious cleaning, couch broken and uncomfortable, safe didn't work, bathroom ok but a little attention to detail would make it very good. And the property does not have a lift. Request ground floor if you can't manage baggage up stairs. Alright for short stay, would not stay for extended time."

Staff included a special note in the room when I mentioned it was my birthday. In a good area to get around the city. And no noticeable road noise. "
