"Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience at this property. The unit is a studio not a one bedroom with only a sheet between the bedroom and kitchen. The mattress of the double bed was absolutely awful, being as uncomfortable as you can get. The stove didn’t fully work, but worst of all, the bathroom toilet got clogged and the owners did nothing to help after numerous calls and attempts - which means we had no functioning bathroom for almost half of our stay. The lack of communication was unacceptable, and when someone finally got back to us, they said it would be fixed the next day, which was after we were leaving. Only good thing to say about this unit was a good location, otherwise, it was terrible. "

"The apartment itself and the location were perfect. It was exactly as described, very close to the mountain, and extremely convenient for skiing at Sugarbush. The space was nice inside, clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax after a day on the slopes. The only issue we experienced involved the upstairs neighbor. Around 7 PM on Saturday night, while we were quietly playing a game of cards, she came downstairs, banged on the door, and introduced herself as the owner upstairs. She was angry and said we were being too loud, even though quiet hours were not until 10 PM and we were speaking at a normal indoor volume. The interaction felt unreasonable and was startling enough that it scared some members of our group. It also seemed clear that she has ongoing issues with rentals in the unit downstairs. Once we explained that we would of course respect quiet hours after 10 PM, she did not bother us again. Aside from that situation, the property itself was great. The apartment was comfortable, well located, and worked perfectly for our stay near the mountain."

"The beds were extremely comfortable. The unit has been nicely updated and is clean and well appointed overall, including very nice sheets and towels. Only complaint is the furniture in the living room is very uncomfortable to sit in, tho it looks very nice. Also, the unit is a short walk across the parking lot and over a small hill to the lift (you can ski it if there's snow) so “ski in/out” is really kind of a stretch. Also, unit is on the 3rd floor. Tom was very responsive and nice to work with. "
