Beautifully appointed, the light and bright interior presents a private elevator and two separate living areas. The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for entertaining with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a center island, and breakfast bar seating for three. Extras like a KitchenAid stand mixer and toaster oven add convenience. A stunning chandelier illuminates the eight-seat dining table, while the adjacent living room offers comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a TV equipped with Roku. A bonus TV room upstairs is furnished with a corner sectional. After a fun-filled day, retreat to the luxurious primary bedroom, detailed with a desk workspace, TV, and access to a balcony with rockers and a glimpse of the ocean.
