    Welcome! Thanks for stopping by our house. Our host fees include a thorough house cleaning and linens delivered for your use. Bath and Pool towels are provided at the house for your use.

    This 2 story home features an inverted floor plan with large decks - enjoy wonderful beach views from the second row. Location is everything with this property, as beach access is directly across from the street; restaurants, the playground, candy store, and ice cream are just a short walk away.

    The home features a total of 5 bedrooms, each with a full bath. The master suite sits on the second floor and features a king bed, tiled walk-in shower with double vanity and 40" smart TV. A second bedroom located on the floor has twin bunk beds for the kids to spend vacation together.

    The kitchen located on the top floor is open and airy with stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and a center island with bar stool seating for 4. The dining room table is flanked by benches which seat 8-10 people comfortably. Adjacent to the kitchen is nicely decorated living area with 60" LED TV.

    The first-floor features three bedrooms and a second family room with 60" TV. The bedrooms consist of 1 king, and 2 queens, each with a private bath, deck access, and a 40" TV. There is a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space on the first floor living room.

    Perhaps the best features of this home are the large decks off of the front of the house. Enjoy sunbathing on the top floor or just sit and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. To beat the heat, enjoy your vacation on the lower deck reading a book or just catch up on some sleep with the oversize sofa.

    A large private pool and hot tub are located inside the backyard fence for the ultimate vacation. Beginning fall of 2016 request to have the pool heated for an additional charge. An outside shower with hot and cold water is adjacent the hot tub. The Tiki bar located in the pool area and is the ultimate hang out.

We absolutely loved this house! It was beyond our expectations. Great location, beautifully decorated and the pool and Tiki bar were a hit!! The kitchen was very well stocked and the beach towels were a plus. We look forward to making more memories again next year at Tides A Wastin!!

We had an amazing time at this house! It was beautifully decorated and the kitchen wasn't missing a thing! The homeowner was easily accessible and quick to respond. The hot tub and pool were sparkling clean and wonderful! We are hoping for another stay next year!

Wonderful house, location and host. Communication was outstanding. He checked on us right before check in and walked us through the ins and outs and was available our entire stay! The pool was outstanding, perfect for our family. Having so many pool towels was so convenient. The beds were made and the house was clean. I highly recommend this house and host!!! 10 stars if that you could rate that high!

Shae was amazing - so responsive and helpful. The property was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. The pool, hot tub, and tiki bar were a huge hit with everyone. We were sad to leave and all agreed we would love to come back again.

Great location! The pool area with Tiki Bar was so convenient, we ate by the pool after a morning at the beach! Very roomy and lots of outdoor spaces gave each family group private areas to enjoy!

We have stayed at Holden Beach for years, and this was by far our favorite home! The house itself is nicely decorated, has great spaces to enjoy family, the bedrooms are comfortable (great tile showers), and the kitchen is fully stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub, the pool, and the wonderful views of the ocean. We plan to repeat our stay in this house again!

We had such a wonderful time at the beach house. The house was clean, modern, beautiful and the location couldn't get any better! Beach access is directly across the street. With two infants on the trip, we appreciated how family friendly the house was including gates for stairs and a high chair. We can't wait to come back!

Shae was a great host. Communicated with us regarding the property before check in. All items we needed such as toddler bed, high chair and pack and play were set up for us. Property was very close walking distance to the beach access. We were on a big family vacation with our whole family. Children ages ranging from 1yo to teenagers. We all had a blast. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. House was clean. We would definitely book this place again if we were to return to Holden Beach.

Beautiful home, clean, comfortable beds. Shae was very responsive to all questions and needs during our stay. Very nice yard w/ pool, Tiki Bar, hot tub. Annual April Beach trip with 4 couples. Walk the beach, eat, drink, laugh , play games and have fun.

Perfect large family rental

Great location with plenty of room for our family of 8. The house has a nice outdoor space, comfy mattresses and a well stocked kitchen. This was our second stay at Shea’s home. He is super responsive and pleasant to rent from.

Dream Vacation Rental!

The house is gorgeous and the layout was perfect for our family getaway. The elevator was a game changer for my parents with knee/back issues and the private pool was the perfect hang out spot! Located directly across from a beach access, this house just made everything easy. The owner was super nice and wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay here again and again!

Vacation

Great property! Family of 9 stayed for a week. Plenty of room especially with the 2 living rooms. Great outdoor space with tons of toys for the kids. Had an issue with the downstairs ac unit. Shae was quick to help and had someone out the next day and all was good.
