"Staff friendly, hotel a bit tired, rooms comfy, pool excellent (although they do need to address the number of sunbeds "reserved" with towels that no-one uses for 1hour+). Really well positioned for exploring Seville. Parking was unavailable when we were there so parked 5 mins away in Parking San Bernardo which turned out cheaper anyway. There is a great tapas bar just up the street (Royalti) and a cafe bar almost next door for breakfast (Casa Ruis) where all the locals go, so you know its good"

"Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us, even with a complicated luggage shipping issue. They printed the necessary documents, patiently helped us organize our suitcase, and thanks to them the process was successful. Overall, the service was warm and professional. We left with a wonderful experience and would definitely come back."
