Despite promptly notifying the apartment management and demanding another apartment, they advised that no alternative apartments were available and in recognition of the inconvenience, the management promised a refund as a resolution, so we had to book and pay for another hotel for that night. "Super Gegend, alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Shoppingmöglichkeiten,Bars, Restaurants, schöne Wege für einen Spaziergang direkt zum Kelemegdan. Kommunikation mit dem Host von der Buchung zum Check-out sehr gut und er ist für Fragen immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist schön und sauber, und mit allem was notwendig ist ausgerichtet. "The apartment is in the centre of Stari grad. An easy access to nearby sights. It is a great spacious apartment on the top of the building with a small balcony. The owner was very quick in a communication, otherwise is a no contact check-in. We’ve missed only a couple of more slippers and coffee mugs."

"This is not a luxury flat but it is a comfortable living space in a non tourist part of Belgrade within a 10-15 minute walk of the high priced pedestrian area that everyone seems so interested in. The flat is next to a great bakery and 2 blocks from a large open air farmers market making fresh food and baked goods every day an easy pleasure rather than eating in restaurants. "All communications were prompt, polite, clear and helpful. The apartment is centrally located near Kalemagden Park. The tram stop, many bakeries, and supermarkets are a 5 mins walk. All Belgrade highlights are a 10-15 mins walk. The building is dated but the apartment is nice with a nice old times vibe. It is exactly as given in the photos. At our request, the owner arranged an early check-in for a nominal fee. The check-in and check-out was smooth with the keys kept in a safe next to the door....

"Ivan has a beautifull home which feels comfortable in every way. I felt very much at home and we definitely enjoyed the pool on the property. Ivan was awesome in every aspect . He made sure that nobady took advantage of us and with him we felt extremely safe in Belgrade. Wonderful experience and we can't wait to come back."
