"I booked this condo for a girls trip. They place was easy to get to and sits on the water in a channel. While we didn't see much wildlife in the channel it was still nice sitting out on the screened patio by the water. Our neighbors had an issue with their AC and thought we might have too - when looking the AC thermostat was on a temporary hold. Once we figured that out we fine. "The house is beautiful, great that there is 4 bedrooms with king size beds. One recommendation would be to add a set of bunk bedlo or another single bed to one bedroom so the house could accommodate two families of 5. "Close to anything you need"

"We were there for a Girls Trip and the property was very nice and roomy. There were a couple of minor issues; such as, the pool was not heated although we were told the water temperature was 85 degrees. The water didn't appear to be very warm so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. The smoke detector kept chirping even after the battery was changed out; and one of the ceiling fans on the lanai seemed a little loose so we just didn't run the fan. In spite of these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed...

"Beautiful home on canal, with a super large outdoor area with BBQ grill, pool with 5 lounge chairs, spa, table for six, plus additional seating area w/gas firepit. The house is equipped with everything you need. We would definitely rent again. Sadly it's booked for March and April for 2025 and 2026 already."

"Quiet neighborhood. Clean, smelled wonderful, interior was updated modern. Outdoor pool was salt water and clean. Putting green, although small was a lot of fun! Just one thing to consider is to nail down one of the boards by tiki hut area that was loose."

"This home had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable, lots of different sitting areas, and a well appointed kitchen. The lanai and pool area were fabulous! So many ways to enjoy the outdoors whether you wanted to be in the shade, in the sun or watching the large TV. We would love to stay here again. Shopping and many dining venues close by."

"This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. The unit was clean, artfully decorated, and very comfortable. The lanai looks out on the largest canal in Cape Coral overseeing boating activity, kayaking and paddle boards. You see the occasional dolphin and other fish swimming by. The property managers/owners could not be more gracious and accommodating! We hope to stay there again in the near future!"

"We have been wintering for 3 months in the Naples/Bonita Springs area for 12 years. Rented 7 different properties prior to this past year. Number 8 was by far the best. Sigi and Suzanne were perfect hosts. The home was equipped with everything except a few items that Sigi said they would have for us next year. Quiet street, no thru traffic, nice neighbors. Outdoor lania and pool area was perfect for dining, relaxing, swimming. Lots of sun. There is a construction project in the rear of the home...

"We liked the location of this property on a quiet (off the main drag) street yet close to downtown Naples. The pool was terrific. Laundry on outside covered deck was helpful. Kitchen small but effective with nice view of pool. TVs smart and good for kids. Dinning Room table easily sat all of us. Cleaning guy Chris was fab. Would stay again. thxs"
