"This place was a great stay! Great location- close to the beach and walkable to State St. The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The Spanish style architecture and landscape added to our wonderful stay. Although breakfast is not served, there are complementary cookies, fruit and coffee. A definite stay next time we are in Santa Barbara."

"The room was large and comfortable. Large shower and bathroom. Kitchenette perfect for the traveler who uses it. Greatful for the bottle of Brut in the fridge when we arrived. Comfortable bed. Quiet and close to everything. Great coffee and pastries in the morning."

"From the Valet staff, to the front desk, service was excellent. Location excellent… loved having access to bikes and beach chairs. It’s a little overpriced, but so is everything in SB. We were coming off a week of dropping kids at 2 schools on 2 different coasts and just needed to decompress. Totally lovely room, experience, atmosphere. We will be back."

"Great accommodations in downtown Santa Barbara, close to State street where there are lots of great eats. Very comfortable beds and great bathrooms/showers. Rooftop deck was awesome. The air conditioning also helped us cool down during an unexpected heat wave!"
