"A really nice and slightly quirky place to stay. Staff were friendly and the facilities were good. We had the suite and it was a lovely spacious room with a lot of old work charm. Breakfast was very tasty, but only served 8:30-9:30, so too late for an early start. It is close enough to the restaurants to walk into town or a two minute drive. Lassan Volcanic park is a 30-45 minute drive away. Hint for guests: If you are planning on leaving early they will make a bagged breakfast for you the night before, but you have to order it 24 hours before. My suggestion is if you might want an early breakfast order it when booking or the day before arriving and just confirm when checking in. Hint for the hotel: In the communications with guests when booking ask if they want a packed breakfast."

"This is a well located property, close to groceries, dining &, of course, the lake. We have stayed here several times & find it to be an enjoyable place to vacation. Clint & Karen are very responsive to any situation that may arise & we look forward to staying here again next year. Thank you for making this a place where our family dog is welcome."

"It is a cozy little cabin that stayed comfortably cool all day. There is a small area out the master bedroom that is very nice sit at, it stays shady most of the day, and is enclosed so it is safe to let a dog roam. The neighborhood wasn’t busy (it was right after Labor Day), and the market and some eating places are in walking distance. Unfortunately, it is easy to hear noises outside, and the day we were leaving the storage room outside next to the master bedroom was being used before 8am which was noisy, and then someone was using a leaf blower by the front door"

"great place has everything you need and is really well equipped. I especially like the outdoor area. It's really huge and there are hammocks overlooking the creek. There is an absolutely amazing fire pit for stargazing, with all these little swings there, so we really liked it there.Two families with kids (7, 9, and 13) and two dogs. That was a perfect perfect place to stay. If next time we come to this part of the state, we'll definitely look to book again.The kids really loved the game room with all the pinball machines and all the arcade games. There is a football there and even a little basketball on the back. Really really nice place for kids.Also the hosts are very responsive and really helpful. The place is sparkling clean. Everything is pretty new and nicely done so 5 out of 5 by all means"
