With so much space, so many quality inclusions, you will love every minute you spend at this spacious waterfront residence. The property has central heating and cooling throughout for your comfort.

The lower level comprises of a massive open plan family room with casual dining open to the spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, formal lounge and dining room, master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite, 2nd bedroom with large built-in robe, bathroom and separate laundry room.

The two storey expansive entry foyer leads upstairs to 3 well-appointed bedrooms all with built-in robes, large family bathroom with separate toilet and enormous family relaxation room with kids play area.

Enjoy countless hours soaking in the water views on the large outdoor entertaining area with an outdoor lounge suite and 8 seat dining table.

Plenty of fish can be caught from the jetty and cooked on the 4 burner stainless BBQ. Nespresso coffee machine with assortment of capsules provided.

Spacious and ideal location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in sussex many times and this is one of the best places we've stayed at. The kids loved fishing off the jetty. The house had heaps of room for all of us and had everything we could need. The perfect place for a large group of people. We hope to come again.

The property was so nice. It was large with all required appliances etc. Beautiful waterfront and the fish were biting off the jetty each night, although some nights not until very early morning. Close to everything, we loved the BBQ and really enjoyed our stay.

House review

Booked this amazing place for a small family getaway for our mother’s 60th. House was so spacious, rooms not over the top of each other many bathrooms. The house accommodated for young children so well with lots of games/activities in an upstairs play room. Quick and easy walk into town for breakfast, with a courtesy bus dropping us home after a few drinks. The kitchen is well equipped to cook absolutely anything. The kids loved feeding the ducks and swans in the water, brought our own paddle boards and had lots of fun. We will definitely be booking this again!!
