250 m2 traditional stone house, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 separate toilet rooms. Spacious Lounge - Living Room. Large terrace with gas BBQ, provides supreme holiday accommodation in an old and quiet part of Sutivan. Away from daily bustle, but close to everything. 3 min walk to beach, grocery stores, restaurants, ATM machine, cafeteria's, open stalls market with home grown veggies and other amenities.
Wi-fi available. Tv cable with over 100 channels including kids' channel. Fully air conditioned [5 A/C, each bedroom + upper Family Room]. Can accommodate max 10 people. Ideal for 8 people. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Very private and quiet.
There are 2 parking spots reserved for villa guests free of charge at the large, secured parking in the center of Sutivan, close to Supermarket Konzum. 2 minutes' walk from the villa!

Ich verstehe die vergangenen Rezensionen nicht.

Vielleicht haben unterschiedliche Menschen eine abweichende Wahrnehmung oder Auffassung des Begriffes "Luxus Villa" und den daraus entstehenden Erwartungen. Die Fotos zeigen das tatsächlich Vorhandene. Nur wird nicht erwähnt, dass das Haus 2 Geschosse hat, die mit 2 knarrenden Holztreppen -ohne Geländer- zu erreichen sind. Was bedeutet, dass man in dem durch fehlende Trittschalldämmung sehr hellhörigen Haus aus dem Mittelgeschoss mit den Schlafzimmern zur Nacht ins Erd- oder Obergeschoss ins Bad/WC schleichen musste. Des Weiteren bestehen die Zwischendecken nur aus Holzdielen, die auf Querbalken liegen, welche durchaus größere Spalten aufweisen. Durch diese Spalten ist der Dampf aus dem Badezimmer ungehindert in das darüber liegende Schlafzimmer gedrungen. Die in WC/Bad verbauten Objekte strahlen eher Baumarkt-Charme als Luxus aus. Wer nicht in der Lage ist, sich der kroatischen Sonne direkt auszusetzen, der kann die viel gelobte Terrasse nur in den Morgen- oder Abendstunden nutzen. Aufgrund des fehlenden wirksamen Sonnenschutzes. Auch für den Nachschub an kalten Getränken müssen die Bewohner die 32 Stufen ins Erdgeschoss zur Küche, wo sich der einzige kleine Kühlschrank befindet. Eher wenig luxuriös.Die in der Beschreibung des Objektes aufgeführten Details, Patio, übersetzt Innenhof Umzäunter Pool Wäschetrockner (Maschine) sind definitiv nicht vorhanden. Der Fernseher, da aus 2012, leider ohne Fernbedienung, kein Smart TV, entsprach nicht den Angaben.

Holidays with Mr. Robert de Niro :)

My opinion can be summed up in one sentence - "It was a great holiday". The house is very spacious with plenty of privacy. Equipped with everything you need. Noteworthy is the wonderful terrace on the top floor with a beautiful view. We spent our evenings there and even made burgers on the grill. The location of the house is an incredible advantage. It is close to everything, including the beach, shops, a vegetable market and restaurants. Special thanks go to our Host - Gordan. He was very helpful, understanding, he gave us his time showing us around the city and giving us instructions on what and how. I recommend the location to everyone, because you will surely leave satisfied!

Great for families

Overall the accommodation was ideal for our party of 6 adults and 3 children. Based on the photos and description our expectations were all met and many were exceeded. The layout of the property was perfect and the added bonus of outside space and a barbecue was welcome. We were especially pleased with the facilities available in the kitchen. Just a few personal niggles however like unpredictable hot water supply, hard mattresses and poor noise insulation inside the house. Overall we were all very pleased with everything which is pretty good as our ages ranged from 2 years to 60 plus! Gordan was extremely helpful at all times. His pre-arrival information was first class and the tips and hints he gave us on arrival proved very useful. He was always on hand for any issue and resolved our few minor problems immediately. Great accommodation, great service and great value for money. Highly recommended.

Superbe endroit, très agréable maison

Si vous recherchez le calme, la mer à 3 minutes, une eau transparente avec ses jolis poissons, une très jolie maison en pierres, spacieuse et climatisée, un joli petit port et des commerces de proximité, Sutivan est le bon choix et la maison de Gordon aussi. A huit (2 familles avec ado entre 17 et 20 ans), nous avons passé un super séjour (10 jours). L'utilisation du taxi à huit nous revenait moins cher que le bus. Le propriétaire était sur place et nous a fait visité le village en arrivant. Très belles vacances et très belles images dans notre tête et sur nos téléphones. Nous attendons encore le retour de la caution et tout sera parfait.

A perfect place to base yourself on the island of Brač

The property is in the heart of the delightful town of Sutivan, within a short distance from the harbour, beach and centre of town which has all facilities including some good restaurants. The house is extremely well set up for a holiday with plenty of space for relaxing as well as large airy bedrooms and small lounging spaces outside these rooms. A wonderful bonus is the expansive roof terrace with BBQ with views across terracotta rooftops to the church and mountain backdrop of the mainland, and towards the hillside olive groves on the other. Host Gordan was most welcoming and gave us a comprehensive tour of all the facilities of the house and a walk around town when we arrived which was extremely helpful. Thoroughly recommended for a small group of friends or family holiday.

Beautiful stone house in a gorgeous village

There were 8 of us (two families with two children each). The house was beautiful. Lots of space for us to spread out and very well equipped. On arrival Gordan showed us round the house demonstrating how everything worked. We then received a tour of the village which was fantastic. The house is literally 2 mins from the lovely pebble beach (great for snorkelling) and even less to the supermarket etc. We spent a week at Gordan’s beautiful home and thoroughly enjoyed it. Gordan was always quick to respond to any of our questions and was happy to assist us with car hire bookings etc. If we return to Sutivan we will definitely return to Gordan’s stunning house. Thank you 😊
