It was a really well presented place in the heart of KL. Modern with all the facilities you could want and more, I particularly liked the communal kitchen area. It wasn't the hotel I was supposed to be staying in, I ended up there due to a mix up, but I'm glad I did. Couldn't fault it. This was my second stay. Friendly, helpful staff, good roast in the restaurant. We had a nice room which was an upgrade as the hotel wasn't very busy so that was a welcome surprise. I'm sure we will return as we enjoy Norfolk and this is a good base to explore further.

We enoyed the doubly “smart” room — both the clean, modern decor and the motion-activated automatic lights for the main stairs (though they take time to come on) and the bathroom (shut the bathroom door when not in use so you don’t trigger those lights when you walk around in your room).
