"My stay at the Leonardo Hotel Hinckley Island was a major disappointment. The service was non-existent; we waited 30 minutes just to check in due to being severely understaffed. Our room had no air conditioning, and after calling four times and waiting two and a half hours for a requested fan, it finally arrived. "Looked clean but wasn’t as I found bug in the towels . Also during the heatwave didn’t provide air fan but after many requests they did . Outside my window was bench with sitting people which made us to not open the curtains"

"We stayed here for the night after attending a wedding nearby we checked in early and were greeted by a lovely member of staff who gave us lots of information and made us feel special we were allowed to leave our car in the onsite car park which was very convenient with lots of spaces we used the hotel bar after returning from our wedding and found the staff very friendly and efficient on gaining entry to our room we were surprised how big the room was it was air conditioned which we were very...
