"Well when i got their they said I didn't booked a lodge, they placed me and my mrs upstairs bare in mind my fiance as got physical disabilities where she struggling to walk up stairs, the staff wasn't engaging with us, and left us to defend our self's, would never recommend anyone to go to this site"

"Great little stay, great amenities"

"I had a beautiful big double room looking out over the sea. Despite the hotel being busy, it was quiet and I slept amazingly well. The staff were all very kind and helpful. It was a few short steps to the peaceful beach and easy to walk into Skegness town centre. "Lovely property, you can see the lake from the living room window. Perfect for the little ones to see the ducks in the morning, excellent location. Very clean & tidy. Had everything we needed. Lovely decking area with table & chairs. The park it self has a lovely swimming pool, amazing kids club & parks. Will definitely book to come back again. "

"A picturesque cottage and garden with very clean, well appointed modern facilities. Breakfast was excellent and the owner was very helpful."

"Bad dont stay here"

"Very clean with welcoming staff. Breakfast had an excellent choice and cooked meal was outstanding. We also had an evening. Meal with friends and this was also excellent with a good choice of food. Our room had everything one could need."

"Lack of staff you have to phone a number to talk to someone and there was no breakfast like it said bed and breakfast otherwise it was ok it had a nice shower"

"Lovely Hotel, staff very good and rooms comfortable. Only complaint was it was a Saturday night and they shut the pub at 10.40pm when we had come back and wanted a drink and as a resident have never been refused even after closing time of 11pm let alone before and thought was very poor service."

"Room and private bathroom was very clean, had a lovely hot shower, staff was polite and helpful, parking was not a problem at all"
