This house blew me away in all aspects! It was just beautiful and spacious, with amazing views of the lake! It was quiet and the perfect retreat for our girl’s trip! Would totally recommend this place, couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful and comfortable space.
This house has it all…great location, views, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, expanded deck with up to date furnishings, fire pit and hot tub. Would definitely stay there again!
Our children joined us for a Christmas celebration. The property was very accommodating with bedrooms for everyone. The beds were comfy with a fabulous view of the water.
We had a group of 10 girls stay for a long weekend getaway. It was the perfect location nearby Mawby, Suttons Bay Ciders, and more. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and lots of seating areas for a large group. It’s also so nice that you can walk down to the water or just enjoy the view from the house. Highly recommend this home for any ‘up north’ trips!
We had a terrific time at the property. Our group enjoyed all of the surrounding activities during the day and enjoyed games, a campfire and great conversations on the deck in the evening. We would highly recommend the property and may consider it for the next time we book Up North.

As listed
Great spot for big family reunion. House capability great, beachfront private and ample. Good communications with hosts.
This 5-bedroom property was ideal for our family with 4 adult children. The location was close to lots of Leelenau towns for shopping and dining, lakes for boating, and golf courses. We took advantage of all the amenities at the house, including the outdoor grill, outdoor fire pit, hot tub and beach area with kayaks (across the road). The view and weather were both lovely which made for a fabulous family vacation!

Great home for all
We were 5 exhausted parents who needed a place to rest and recharge. We all had incredibly comfortable rooms which was amazing. The home had everything we needed, and the sustainability mindset of the owners was very much appreciated. The hot tub was warm and enjoyed with a glass of wine! The views of the northern lights was incredible as well. An amazing home in an amazing location!
This rental house was PERFECT for a little getaway. The house was even better than expected and had lots of great amenities. We WILL ABSOLUTELY be back! It was so easy to get to, check in was incredibly easy, the house was spacious and quiet and the location was beautiful. Loved it!!
Location and property were great. Several beds had sand in them. Not enough towels. Floors were dirty. Water pressure was poor. Fan is master was not working correctly. Master bedroom needs black out shades - east exposure.
Our stay turned out great. We caught the fall foliage at its peak when we arrived and made the most of the unseasonably warm late October weather.
The house's location was nice, just across the road (M22) that runs along Lake Michigan. It's up a long driveway from the road. Normally, I look for houses right on lakes. This house broke the tradition, but it worked out OK. Besides having to cross a somewhat busy M22 and step over a guardrail to get to the lake, the water level was low, making the shoreline thick mud. Consequently, we couldn't use the available kayaks. Bad luck.
The house was very nice and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the open and combined great room/dining area/kitchen. It allowed all 9 of us to hang out together, eat, play games, and watch football. The beds and pillows were comfy and having so many bathrooms and showers was great. Our daughter and son-in-law made good use of the hot tub, and we all gathered around the fire pit on the balcony looking toward Lake Michigan.
None of the sights we wanted to see were more than half an hour or so away. We went to the lighthouse; hiked at Sleeping Bear Dunes; biked the trail that parallels the lake; explored Fishtown/Leland, Suttons Bay, and Traverse City; sampled lots of cherry products; and enjoyed local microbreweries. Hop Lot for beer was great as was the Suttons Bay Ciders.
The host was great and resolved one minor issue quickly. All in all, we had a great time!
As 5 tired couples having a place with comfortable large bedrooms for all was key. It was a beautiful home and everything we needed for our fall adults getaway!
Nice home. Close to Sutton Bay and downtown Traverse City. We had a few issues but they were right on top of it. Unfortunately, we did not look close enough, there is no yard for the kids to play in.
This house was perfect for our girlfriend’s weekend. We had 11 people and had enough room to sleep comfortably for all of us. It was large and clean and well stocked. Loved the bottle of wine left for us. The hot tub was heated and ready to use upon arrival. The property manager responded quickly to answer question I had. I highly recommend this property!
Great Home, Gorgeous Sunrises and Central Location
The house was excellent and had everything that one would need during a stay. The floor to ceiling windows throughout the main floor offered beautiful views of the water. Great to wake up to gorgeous sunrises each day. The location is perfect allowing one to explore all the area has to offer from a central location.
This house was the perfect weekend getaway for our neighborhood friend group. The house is beautifully decorated and has lots of nice touches. Things are labeled well in the house so everything was easy to find and check in and check out instructions were explicitly stated and easy. There was plenty of space for 4 couples and we absolutely loved the firepit on the patio for our beautiful fall evenings. The house is not well marked from the highway, so we had difficulty finding it at first, but once we got there it was great. (There is a lot of highway noise, but that was not a game changer for us.) We had to reach out to the host upon arrival and response time was quick. We would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful Home, Gorgeous Sunrises and Central Location
We had a fabulous stay at this house. The home is beautiful and has all the amenities one would need for their stay. Great home for families. The floor to ceiling windows on the main floor allow for beautiful views of the water. The sunrises were gorgeous. The location is great and allows for a central location to all the wonderful activities this area has to offer.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, well stocked, and matched the description on VRBO. We recommend that you check the TV remotes. In addition, the directions for the remotes, recycling vs trash, and the dehumidifier could be clearer. Some of us found the dehumidifier to be a nuisance ( we left it on all of the time. Finally , the doors throughout the house were very squeaky. That should be addressed. We did have a great time.
