Very easy process to self check in, room spotless, great free drinks options, excellent breakfast (would recommend getting double portion of 'toast', which is delivered to your door at specified time (you must choose order before 11pm). Great location next to lake front. Would def stay again 😎

The room smelt very badly of stale smoke. We booked a standard room, but didn’t realise that this would be “smoking” (maybe this is normal in Japan and it was our mistake?). But it was a terrible experience. Would not recommend this place at all.

自助形式的住宿。房間需要上樓梯，對於要攜帶行李箱不太方便。浴室水壓不大，而且花灑頭出水量不多。窗簾不遮光，凌晨四點多天亮的時候已經被太陽光照醒了。 但整體都是乾淨舒適的，酒店出面也有停車場可泊車，附近有不少餐廳。

駅から遠いのが難でしたが、温泉♨️の出る個別の浴槽が部屋にあったし、浴室が広く快適でした。駅から歩いても諏訪湖を眺めながら行くので苦になりませんでした。

アメニティが人数分なかったが、早急に対応していただきましたし、別に大したミスではないのに何度もきちんと謝っていただき、逆に申し訳ないくらいでした笑ドリンクバーも良かったし場所も良かった。強いて言うならせっかくの天然温泉なのだからお風呂の匂いとか内装に雰囲気とかがあればよりお客さんは来そう。

諏訪地方に行く時、毎回利用しているホテルです。駅から少し離れているが、諏訪湖岸の道路沿いなので、諏訪湖の散歩には便利です。 カラオケ設備のある部屋で、楽しく過ごすことができました。 今回は、温泉の温度が低く、個室温泉を謳っている宿として、まともに入れなかった事が非常に残念でした。 朝食のパンはベーコンエッグを選びましたが、大変美味しかった。 宿泊税は、まだ施行されておらず支払い不要でした。

Je comptais mettre 5 étoiles car la chambre est très bien mais j’en enlève une car malheureusement la baignoire était sale, il y avait des poils et des traces sur tout le rebord et c’est quand même la moindre des choses de nettoyer correctement ce genre de choses.

お部屋はお風呂を綺麗にリフォームしてあって24時間入れる事もあって良かったです。チェックイン後に自由に出入り出来るのも良かったです。 建物自体が古いので廊下や階段の古さ、エレベーターが無い事と階段が急勾配なのは気になりました。それと窓が無いので景色は見れないし、やはり閉塞感があるのは否めないです。

1人で泊まるなら十分なホテルです。 スタッフ不在でも不便さは感じませんでした。 お風呂で天然温泉に入れる・ドリンクバー・駐車場の外出中コーンは良いです。バス/トイレ別ですしアメニティにも満足できました。 マイナス面としては、お風呂に掃除漏れの髪の毛・欠けたマグカップ・充電器です。 特に充電器ですが、Lightning以外のType-CとMicroBはスマホカバーや形状によっては奥まで入らず充電器できません。 なお、エレベーターは無く階段も一段ずつが若干高めなので、足の悪い方やお子様には大変かもしれません。
