We stayed here for 4 days, the rooms were very clean and the hotel overall seemed quite new, the service from the staff was amazing as they helped out with any questions we had. The price is quite good for how well and clean this hotel is, that we have booked another week here.

We had a great stay! Was nice to have a gym and free laundry - came in handy throughout our stay. Room was very comfortable and modern, with floor to ceiling windows. Location was right in the middle of a great area in town with lots of restaurants and things to do.

The Arte Hotel was a really pleasant surprise. Well appointed with nice modern artworks on the walls. The staff spoke good English & were so happy & helpful. We asked for a restaurant recommendation within walking distance & were directed to a great Korean BBQ restaurant about 10mins walk away. The room was spacious & spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds & sitting space.We were especially grateful for the valet parking & prompt retrieval of our car. I would stay here again & although the area is a little colourful the Arte Hotel is a cut above. Will recommend to other travellers.

The room was big enough for four people and we loved the outside terrace. Everything was clean and neat. But the sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfast had various dishes and was very tasty.

Hotel is well located near buses and subway, clean and new, with super helpful staff. However, there was construction next door, which made it noisy starting around 7am. There are coffee places and restaurants and that meant some garage piled up on the street.

Decent breakfast and large clean room. Quiet two nights. Ten min walk to get to bus stop for the 98 bus which takes you to the fortress and market. Ten min walk to the subway which will get you to city Suwon area.
