Kind staffs

I was embarrassed to hear people talking in the hallway from my room, and i could also hear the next-door room. I stayed 10th and 13th floor for 7 days, one of the bathroom seems to need repairs. The staff was kind and breakfast was good. I plan to stay for only 3 days during my next trip. Thank you.

Very clean hotel near nice transportation

Very clean hotel. I was very shocked once when I stepped in a different hotel in South Korea which I made a reservation after seeing some photos. It was totally different and dirty not like photos. So I had spent time to search to find a nice hotels with lots of good reviews since I really hated to sleep on a dirty, uncared bed and I found this hotel. This hotel was the one that I expected that had clean bed sheets and nice room condition. There are so many restaurants and convenience stores near so I didn’t have to worry. Very closed subway and bus stations. I used to stay in hotels in Seoul when I visit South Korea with my family. But now I consider to bring my family this hotel staying without any worries.

Great access to local restaurants, transport and shopping. Staff were ok, but struggled with English. Most of my issues were minor and with the room itself(Suite Room), but just made for a collection of things that if I knew ahead of time, I probably would have chosen a different hotel. Here is my list: Dark and gloomy, bad and minimal lighting throughout the bathroom and lounge. Front door, bathroom door open out, blocks the walkway. Desk is too narrow for working on a laptop. A single key, so no power while out. Card slot for power was dodgy, power would drop out in the room at random. Aircon controls are broken, the temperature was always incorrect, required lots of fiddling. Lighting controls were also flaky. The bedroom lounge was much smaller than I expected. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body soap mislabelled.

친절한 직원분들이고 시설도 무난했습니다. 다소 낡은 시설이어서 완전 깨끗 이런건 아니었습니다. 가격대비는 가성비 좋았고 주차도 안내 잘해주셔서 어렵지 않았어요. 한식 아침식사는 깔끔했고 가격도 괜찮았는데 좀 짜네요 ^^;; 한가지 제안드리고 싶은건 룸키를 재발행시엔 신원확인을 간단하게라도 하시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 방에 키를 두고 나와서 다시 요청드렸는데 제 방인지 확인을 안하시더라고요.. 혹시나 누군가 제방키를 큰 어려움 없이 재발행할수도 있다고 생각하니 좀 걱정은 되었습니다.

部屋はきれいでした。1階フロントの横にアメニティが置いてあり、必要な分を持っていくことが出来ました。 駅から近くて、コンビニやファーストフード、飲食店も多く便利です。 ただ夜12時ぐらいまでホテル近くが騒がしいので、音が気になる方は耳栓を持っていくと良いと思います。夜12時を過ぎると、静かになりました。 水原華城を訪れるため一泊したのですが、気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。ありがとうございました。

일부 방에서 담배 냄새가 납니다

이번이 세번째 숙박인데 담배 냄새가 쪄들은 방에 머물게되어 불편했습니다. 방 교체 요청을 하였고 즉시 교체해주셔서 편하게 지냈습니다. 그외 다른점은 만족했습니다.

조용하고 가성비 굿

가격대비 좋습니다. 주차는 타워형인데 리셉션이 알아서 해 줍니다. 리셉션도 낫배드, 객실도 나쁘지 않아요. 청결도도 특별히 문제 없습니다. 딱하나. 샤워커튼에서 쉰내가 나던데.. 그것 하나 빼고는 전반적으로 하루 묵고 가기에 나쁘지 않습니다.

별로.완전 별로..

706호 숙박했어요 TV있는 벽은 곰팡이로 얼룩져있고 타월은 10년은 쓴것처럼 낡았어요. 외풍이 있는지 온도를 올려도 밤새 추웠고.. 프론트 언니 친절한것 빼고는 완전 꽝이에요.
