"The room was impeccable (including the bathroom), lots of storage areas to tuck away bags, great water pressure, incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, and very delicious breakfast. There was construction going on outside my room, but you couldn't hear a thing. I hope to stay here again when I'm back. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"The Executive Tower is definitely worth the stay. I’ve stayed at this hotel since 2009 and the main tower rooms need a great deal of renovation. It was pretty horrible in 2023 when I was there. Service is always very good and this trip it was exceptional and the room was clean, brightly lit and comfortable. Amenities were ok but I care more about room lighting, size and cleanliness. Will definitely be back."

"This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Prima Hotel Jongno for a month (last year for 30 days too). I love the location, the staff is helpful if you have a question and it’s close to the bus and subway station. Will stay here when I visit Seoul again!"

"Love the vibe! The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The restrooms are small, but they serve their purpose. The rooms also lacked a microwave, which would have been nice for warming up food. Overall, it's a great stay, just a hop, skip, and a jump to Myeong-dong street market, the subway, and a taxi line right outside of the hotel."
