"It's a very small room, but Iceland is expensive and this is a great deal for the price. The bathroom on our floor was clean and provided shampoo and soap. It's a 10-minute walk from old town city central, which is fabulous. Extremely safe area. The front desk staff were kind, friendly, and super helpful. "Upon booking, I received email confirmations including the check in process which was very straight forward and welcoming. When we arrived we attempted to follow the instructions (one being using the key to enter the main building).
