"We had a wonderful stay at one of the Eyvik cottages. The location is perfect; private, but with Selfoss close enough to have access to shopping and other types of entertainment. During the day we explored the beauty of the region. Natural hot springs are very close. There is great hiking. We explored the Bobby Fischer museum, coffee shops and bookstores. "We had a fantastic time in Selfoss... the house was so lovely, well-appointed, and very comfortable. It's private and quiet but still near a grocery and other amenities. It's a great landing spot with good access to many different landscapes and sights. It was awesome to have the game room for rainy days, and the sauna and hot tub were wonderful. Highly recommended!"
