"One of our favorite stays in Iceland! The main house has great dining options (dinner and breakfast) as well as a very friendly and accommodating staff. Walking around the property and petting some of the horses completed the experience. The guest houses were beautiful, clean, and secluded from the daily hustle. Highly recommended lodging in Iceland."

"We had a great stay and the owner was very friendly and kind as he was around and greeted us. They upgraded us from guesthouse to hotel at no charge. We loved their breakfast spread and hospitality. When we told that we were going to check out early next morning the staff packed us a very nice breakfast. Will stay there again. Highly recommend. "

"Considering it was a remote location, the place was sooo beautiful! Every view was like a postcard! Including the view of the in-ground house across from the property. The rooms and common area were so well decorated and clean. We were new to the common area bathrooms but they were clean and tidy. Two thumbs up!"

"Absolutely gorgeous views. Ponies right outside the windows, rolling fields. Lovely hot tub that heated up fast. Clean, peaceful and beautiful. Owner was kind and helpful. Close to Selfoss and Hveragerdi. Close to riding stables. East drive to the crater, the geyser and Gulfoss. Everything we needed was provided. Traveling with our 5 children and everyone was comfortable and happy! Highly recommend! "
