New apartments are being built in front of this hotel so some rooms may not be able to see much. Our room was located so we could still see the water in distance and restaurants etc around Vik. Walkable to many restaurants "

"Very quiet location with great view from our room. Restaurant was excellent. Didn’t have a reservation but they fit us in. (Didn’t know that was a thing in a hotel restaurant but is apparently a thing in Iceland as it happened at two other places we stayed after this. Lesson learned.) Very remote but convenient for where we were traveling. Breakfast was good as well. Staff were all very friendly."
