Villa Roza-Dolinci

Villa Roza-Dolinci is located in the heart of Istria, in the quiet village of Dolinci, Sveti Petar u Sumi. It is built in the traditional Istrian style and invites you to complete peace and relaxation. The ground floor of the villa consists of a cosy living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island where everyone can enjoy the charm of cooking, and a beautifully furnished bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs are the other 3 bedrooms, two of which have two single beds that can be joined together and one room with a double bed. All rooms have their own bathroom, Smart TV and air conditioning. The living room and bedrooms are decorated with abstract paintings by local artists. The house is stylishly designed in the Istrian spirit, made of natural materials, with many wooden parts such as a covered terrace where there is an outdoor dining area and a charcoal barbecue. In front of the villa is a 32m2 pool, which is an ideal place for refreshment during the hot summer days. The ground floor (living room, bedroom and bathroom), the outdoor area around the villa, the terrace and the sun deck next to the pool are suitable for people with reduced mobility and wheelchair users. The pool and terrace are south-facing, so you can enjoy the sun all day long. Next to the pool is a pool house with a seating area where you can relax. The villa has a trampoline and darts for fun moments for the whole family. If you want to explore the surrounding area, the villa's location in central Istria allows you to quickly reach the diverse and numerous manifestations and events in every part of Istria. Enjoy a holiday together in the villa and create unforgettable memories that you will remember for a long time to come! Sveti Petar u Sumi was named after a Benedictine monastery from the early 12th century, but for centuries it belonged to the Paulines - the white monks. It is an unusual Istrian place. Unlike other Istrian villages and towns, where the settlements are located on a hill, Sv. Petar u Sumi is situated on a hilly plateau surrounded by ancient forests. There is an 18 km long cycle path in the area that leads visitors through unspoilt nature. The 4.2 km long Krini put hiking trail with 14 stations with stone sculptures of sacred motifs is also attractive. Numerous events take place in Sveti Petar u Sumi, attracting many visitors every year. The most famous is the sausage market, where the championship in traditional sausage stuffing takes place. There are numerous taverns not far from the villa where you can sample the finest Istrian delicacies. We recommend that you visit other tourist destinations such as the towns of Pula and Rovinj on the coast and the medieval towns of Motovun and Buzet in central Istria.
