We visit this hotel regularly, our daughter lives nearby. Never had a bad experience. All the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. From the outside the building looks a bit scruffy and in need of a coat of paint. Big job tbough, i appreciate that. However, when you're inside, you can't see that!
This was my first stay there, and I will definitely book again. It's really well positioned for the city and castle, and has a multi storey car park a few hundred yards away, with a superb discount scheme.
