"The furniture was comfortable and it is a pretty space but there were power tools left on the coffee table, a random pretzel on one of the bedroom doorways, and there were ants. There isn’t a dishwasher, so you’re relying on the cleanliness of the last guest to hand wash the dishes they used. Needless to say, dishes were grimy and needed to be rewashed before being used. The water pressure in the shower is really poor. The listing said there was one parking spot, but we couldn’t locate it and...

The free parking was definitely a perk we enjoyed too! The property manager, Jack, was very responsive and made the stay fantastic with all the perks of home. "Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood right across the river from downtown Salem and most attraction. Very walkable when the weather is nice. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for groups traveling together. Communication with the host was easy, Meg was very responsive. Decent sized outdoor space with a grill and patio furniture. Really enjoyed our Salem experience and would rent again the next time we come here. Only suggestion I have that would be a nice enhancement would be a hot...
