"It was the worst check in and overall experience I have ever had. They say check in desk is only open until 6 p.m. and they say check in is at 4 p.m. I was in town for a an event that began at 6 p.m. I arrived at the "hotel" at 2:45 p.m. There was no cars in the parking lot, I went to the front desk, the hotel was empty. The person said, no hello, just check is not until 4 p.m. I asked can I put my stuff down in my room (I had a clothes bag and two computer bags). She said no, check is not until 4 p.m. The place was vacant, there are a number of rooms in the "hotel", there was no reason she couldn't let me drop my bags in my room. She was awful. Now remember, they say that desk service ends at 6 p.m., so they give you 120 minutes to get any service at all, from 4 to 6. I asked again can I leave my stuff, she said you can leave it in the middle of the front desk area. I left my clothes bag but not my valuable computers. When I returned, the clothes bag was just sitting where I left it, there was an envelope in a basket that said my name and room number that anyone could take, it was bizarre. Parking lot was still empty, so noone was there. When I got to my room, the door was wide open, not closed, I thought Norman Bates was waiting for me. The furniture was broken, the bathroom doorknob was half off..Why anyone gives this place a decent rating is a lie and beyond me."
