Spa room was well equipped, comfortable and, being tucked away at rear of property, was quietly located. Staffless check in was easy but lacks the human touch which is important in the hospitality business. Easy walk to cafes and shopping was a bonus.

In the centre of town, clean and convenient, friendly and efficient staff. Hassle free. Reasonable price. Not the most modern of places, but that didn't worry us. We just wanted a clean and convenient place to stay. Have been there before so that's why we chose it again. Will go back when we are in Swan Hill again.

Nice room, clean,good WiFi and all facilities worked ok. Howevejr, the bed had only a doona on it mor suited to Antarctica. We had a very disturbed sleep due the heat of the doona. It would have been better if there was the choice of blankets as well. Putting doonas on beds is not customer focused.

Very spacious rooms. Clean and tidy. The only issue was the shower head which was splurting water everywhere, and noisy neighbours particularly on a Saturday night. Very happy with the accommodation, would definitely stay again.

This is an easy to find property located within a reasonable walk to lots of shopping/cafes. It is central to attractions and a great base. The room was very clean and fresh. Other people were rather inconsiderate with early noise which can happen anywhere. Good for the price.
